merrrrrrr
I've seen this post on RMS. Is it illegal to edit the client side (my point of view)? Because i'm having trouble seeing in the effects. Here's the link. http://forum.ratemyserver.net/guides/creative-editing-simplified-effects-(wiz)/ Thanks in advance. llarenasonny
Is this working? Who tried this? This is cool..
syllo009
I would love to use these effects if it doesn't bring trouble to us.
Rayray
It is illegal to edit your client, it gives you an advantage that no other people have. Although this could be a decent suggestion and if Genesis themselves implement it using a patch, it could work out. They already did remove the shaking of the fury skill if I am not mistaken. nilo16
This is more of change in looks kinda like how we can have sprite change for 3rd jobs. so maybe it could be a option like that whr ppl could choose to use it or not.
Sensation
Seems to fit better here as a suggestion rather than a question.
syllo009
I think the question is : Is it illegal to do so?
nilo16
Definitely a suggestion by me so everyone has the same choise so no added advantage to any one. The original post was the question if it legal or not.
Rayray
O_O I already answered it. IT IS ILLEGAL TO MODIFY YOUR CLIENT.
Sensation
The question itself was if it is illegal to do so. Then an answer sprouted from that and immediately a suggestion that if there was enough people pro this suggestion, that Genesis might add it as a patch. For that reason I added this to suggestions. nilo16
Cause this makes group play with wizards nice u don't have to have effects turned off. Thus giving everyone more awareness of skills like devotion, quagmire etc that u would otherwise miss With effects off. Bumping this for community response. So we cam get it as a patch :D
ChainBreak
Would be nice for wiz since they can't see their safety walls with effects off.
benchiiie
maybe including the Effects reduction in the patch would definitely be a good thing, since it can lesser the lag in-game.
plok123
+1 to this.. :D so you wouldn't have to use /effect :D I kinda like the effects, but yeah, it lags coz of the number of activities in the emp room xD

Forum~
Agree. This is a great aesthetic edit that makes wiz skills graphically tame.
