Autopsies Posted March 14, 2013 Report Share Posted March 14, 2013 (edited) After you kill the NPC monster, you have to talk to him again (I think... I've done that everytime) and spare his life. And then you go to the mother and child (cmd_fild08 81 188) and talk to them. I don't know what you mean by they didn't come up.
