[Solved]Changing Profile Information

Every time I try to change some information on my profile here (About Me Page, Personal Info, etc.) ,

I keep getting redirected to another page with this message :-

You do not have permission to access this document.

Yep. But any way I try to change It, keeps giving me that message. Like when I press 'Save Changes' it redirects to that page with the error message. x.x

I get the same message when I try to edit any of my profile. I've tried using firefox, google chrome, and internet explorer.

I made a ticket about this recently and I believe they're working on it. I think Genesis said something about have to contact the people who provide our forum service or something.
