Halion Posted September 15, 2011 Report Posted September 15, 2011 Is it posible to change the pvp room? like the GvG arena once people die they just get warped back, since they can't really get back to life there is no point in staying dead. In any case if they want to see a good fight or just chill there they can do it alive don't you think so? plus most likely pvp room is more for competitive issues than chilling there so the warp back after die should be implemented there too. Agree or Disagree but post reasons too.
kuoch Posted September 15, 2011 Report Posted September 15, 2011 Sometimes when I die, I'd like to just lay there. So. :3 No, thanks.
Seraphine Posted September 15, 2011 Report Posted September 15, 2011 (edited) Doesn't need to be added it makes it alot easier for players to be able to watch pvp while dead and check if theirs any possible cheaters. Obviously if someones alive the person who's cheating wouldn't cheat when he's there and most likely will ignore the dead character especially if a random character is used. Decode Posted September 15, 2011 Report Posted September 15, 2011 Disagree... Reason 1: Mainly when I first started here and got enough gear to PvP I used to lay on the PvP rooms floor just to learn from others people tactics on different classes and bring my own way of PvPing. Reason 2: We all know that PvP Room is for PvP, but sometimes we just want to chill and watch the fight between some gangs and since we are not part of the gang we just get killed by accident or just because it is PvP. I'm one of those that likes to enjoy a gang fight, without taking part. Reason 3: What Seraphine said. So yeah Disagree.
Perishable Posted September 15, 2011 Report Posted September 15, 2011 In my opinion, I disagree to this suggestion. People can cheat easily bringing alternative accounts inside and do a kill real quick; utomatic warp out fast so that anyone won't realize or notice what had happened.

Halion Posted September 16, 2011 Author Report Posted September 16, 2011 If not well then how are the kills counted? i mean there should be a kills log saying who killed who and how many times. Example: Nitro have just kill Edu at pvp. Nitro have just kill Edu at pvp. Nitro have just kill Edu at pvp. Nitro have just kill Edu at pvp. Nitro have just kill Edu at pvp. okay 5 times. not feed Example of cheat: Ethanol have just kill supernoob at non donation pvp. Ethanol have just kill supernoob at non donation pvp. Ethanol have just kill supernoob at non donation pvp. Ethanol have just kill supernoob at non donation pvp. Ethanol have just kill supernoob at non donation pvp. Ethanol have just kill supernoob at non donation pvp. over 9000... Ethanol have just kill supernoob at non donation pvp. okay thats cheat. If there is any log saying how many times and who they killed it would be easier to find cheaters at pvp, so the GM in charge takes a look at the logs and can decide who cheated and who didn't.
Seraphine Posted September 16, 2011 Report Posted September 16, 2011 (edited) There is no kill log as far as i know. It's just not a good idea to make it so people are instantly warped out of the pvp room. The positives do not out way the negatives of doing it and it's not the biggest deal. However a kill log would be a nice idea and would make things alot easier to identify cheaters. Edited September 16, 2011 by Seraphine
Halion Posted September 17, 2011 Author Report Posted September 17, 2011 I always though there was a kills log sighhhhhhhhhhhh well in any case let me suggest that.
Rune Posted September 17, 2011 Report Posted September 17, 2011 This was implemented on GvG merely for the sake of turning the event easier to manage for the Gm in charge. At the same time, it took out an important tactic many players/guilds used; spying. On GvG, a dead member of a guild could previously, tell his/her guildies of possible threaths or runaways for them to avoid/chaze, should these pass on their screens. On the PvP room there's no need for it since its always open. And taking out the possibility of a normal player for spying on the arena will only encourage cheating. Furthermore, a dead character inside the PvP arena will not disturb the people in there in any way. I don't see a single plus on the suggestion. 1
Halion Posted September 19, 2011 Author Report Posted September 19, 2011 i made another suggestion, look at it.
