sidsiders Posted August 1, 2011 Report Posted August 1, 2011 hi all, i wanna suggest about pass renter (ygg seed) i think its maybe a good idea to let player rent the pass using zeny? its very convenient for player who unable to donate and as well for new player...right now for 1 hour the price is 3 tokens and maybe if the player didn't have any tokens,they can rent using zeny with equivalent price (3tokens = 90m zeny) for me its a good idea coz its my idea ^^..so what d'ya say fellas? 8

xXxJCxXx Posted August 1, 2011 Report Posted August 1, 2011 very nice idea sidsiders. this way newbies can rather farm zenny then rent passes to farm. it's very convenient for newbies since they dont have access to tokens. with this they can have extra time to spend for farming rather than using to buy tokens from people. +1 on this

sidsiders Posted August 2, 2011 Author Report Posted August 2, 2011 i suggested this through my experience...it's not easy to buy tokens from other player when ever you want, no matter if u have 10 mithril coin, if no ppl want to sell their tokens, u will never get one..so am thinking about new comers and ygg seed kinda hot stuff in market,so this will help them a lot. thanks for all the support ^^

Veracity Posted August 3, 2011 Report Posted August 3, 2011 One of the goals behind things like this is to try to gradually take tokens out of the economy over time. I'm afraid if we offer zeny as an alternative, everyone would just opt out for that instead and it would defeat the purpose it was designed for in the first place.

Make the 1 hour rental buy-able with zeny so those who can't get access to Tokens for whatever reason can still farm Ygg Seeds. But as previously suggested, keep it as an equivalent to 3 Tokens so that Zeny won't replace it, it will just be an alternative. Considering most people rent 2 hours at a time (5 Tokens) I think it could be a really good idea to help newbies and keep the purpose of Tokens at the same time. +1
