Details : For this week's theme, you will be making an entry that relates to a life under the sea. It can range from fish to sharks to whales to even the little mermaid, Ariel! I expect to see a lot of fabulous entries this week because I've given you a lot of versatility this week.

I'll be letting you choose your resources this week.

Welcome to the twenty-eighth SOTW of the year! When entering the SOTW, we will be expecting you to fully understand the rules. Don't know the rules? Click Here.

Rules that the contestant must understand:

• Contestants are only permitted to post one entry only.
• Contestants must make their entries in the within the week the SOTW is opened.
• The entry must be made by the contestant, and the contestant alone.
• The contestant must list at least one in-game character that they have in-game in their post.
• The contestant must post their resources used for their entry and must have their name in their entry.
• Entries may not exceed the size of: 550x550 (Length x Width).
• Judges are not permitted to enter the competition.
• >> If judges do participate, they will have to have a Game Master to sub in for their position for the week. When judges participate, they are the same as any other contestant. They will have to follow the same rules and do not receive any special treatment at all.

Hi. Is this entry fine? Since spongebob is related to this week's theme. I drew spongebob and did everything else on paint :3!

Since the term a lot of versatility has been thrown in, I've decided to make a sig of an ice dragon, who usually well....live under ice and ice is over parts of the sea so I found a hole in which I can use my sig :P

Here's My Entry. I wanted to make a mermaid... but it seems there are two entries of it already. So made a little different version of a Sea Creature (i dont kno what to call it ._.'')

Coloring & Effects: Photoshop (this took me too long..to color by mouse and create the pattern on the character)
