lawl its not over power since the valk clown weapon do 20% more damage to AV it just adding up 5% to Legendary Clown weapon since it must gives half of the Valk stats

Npc Reset Every time there's a New Patch or Server Reset that is the only time I encounter and talk to the thieves. This is the only part I stop coz It was remain hidden and cant be talk so I will wait for reset to continually talk to them. When I redo the quest It always cant be talk and wait for some reset again.Hope there some solution to this Thanks and more power~

I suggest that the gvg imp rewards stats be change from +3 to +5 all stats bcoz it will be such a waste if it convert to imperial token such a rare item only can get by winning a GvG Event and its so hard to collect. Its better suitable to get +5 Stats for GvG Imp only Thx
