    Guys , what's happening in the server? Like i said, since the new update came before this update, everyone keeps lagging, some of them their ping went doubled , we would appreciate it if you explain to us whats happening .

      Updates wouldn't effect the ping. As far as I know, we haven't moved hosts, but I can confirm with Genesis. Are the people who are experiencing these issues in the same region?

      If you're referring to the knight/legendary quests - they're not meant to be easy, you are getting gear that's only a few stats less than donation gear. We used to have much harder quests for gear that wasn't anywhere near as good. Our quests are MUCH easier now.

    How come we weren't notified ahead of time that there will be 2 gvg's today?

      It was a decision made today after many players didn't attend GvG because they weren't notified about the time change due to DST. To compensate for that, we hosted 2 GvGs. :)

    thansk to whoever PK'd me while i was selling items to an npc... whoever though pk enabled shops was a good idea kill yourself. time to go on a different server i think. one less pk happy. yes i noob deal with it. peace.

      Which NPC were you selling to? Inside of Forsaken City has PvP disabled so you can do it there without worrying. It's just a matter of learning and getting used to things. :)

      I don't think it would be very fair to base a review over an issue that overall is very rare and uncommon. Most of the time, we are up 24/7 with minimal issues. Not to mention, you have an extremely dedicated administrator (Genesis) who will wake up at 3am and stay up all night trying to fix the server so people can play. It's really hard to find anywhere.
