Mouse clicks on laptop track pad not working

I am having issues with my Dell Latitude 7490. there are two sets of mouse buttons as this has a rubber trackpad in the middle of the keyboard between the "G" "H" and "B" keys on the keyboard with mouse buttons below the space bar as well as a traditional trackpad with mouse buttons below the keyboard. the upper buttons with the rubber pad work, but the lower ones with the traditional trackpad and buttons does not work in game. any suggestions as to why and how to fix?

CPU Usage when in the background

Hello!

When I open the game in the background of my desktop PC it uses 25%-30% of my CPU(I've tried clicking out of it, alt tabbing and minimizing), but when I use my laptop and I let it run on the background it uses 2% max on the same settings as soon as I click out of it!

Can anyone please help me to also get my desktop to have the same CPU usage?

Desktop specs:
i5-7500
16gb Ram
RX 570 8gb

Laptop specs:
i7-4510U
12gb Ram
No dedicated GPU

I can't multi client fRO since last week.

If I open 1 character, the other would be logged out. (Not client crash because the client is still open, it will only bring me to login screen.)

I thought fRO already forbids to duel/multi client, but I was seeing some of my guildmates has their alt characters logged-in without having any issues.

Hi. I just downloaded the game and cannot maximize the window after it runs. I already did the steps on how to play it on a compatible program. I tried everything and did not work. Kiel Card vs Newbie Bobbing Hair + Newbie Elephant Aurora

I was testing my sniper with full FAS build (195 aspd).

I noticed that with Newbie Bobbing Hair + Newbie Elephant Aurora, I can spam faster than with 2 Kiel Card equipped.

For the stats:

Newbie Bobbing Hair + Newbie Elephant Aurora = 60% after-cast delay

2pcs Kiel Card = 60% after-cast delay

What am I missing? I thought I can spam at the same speed since I have same after-cast delay.

I also tried 2 Kiel Card + 2 Silver Kiel Card, still Newbie Bobbing Hair + Newbie Elephant Aurora can do faster skill spam.
