Mouse doesn´t move!

Hello, i´m new in Forsaken, i downloaded the full version, i follow the steps, i do the administrator permits... but, i stll got the problem, when all the actualization finished, i clik start, and i can´t move the cursor in forsaken window.  This doesn´t hapen with other programs, i can do everything except move the mouse in forsaken window.

and how can i check that? even if i´m in full screen the cursor doesn´t move.

 

EDIT:

after looking how to modify the mouse freedom i look on the file dinput.ini, and yes, mouse freedom is activated. any idea why i can´t move the coursor?
