Godslayer Sword NPC BUG

Hello,

I just wanted to clarify before I make a godslayer sword. I heard from numerous sources and questor that the npc in making ultimate godslayer sword can sometimes eat the 2 sword and not give back anything. Before making one I just want to clarify a few things

1. How do I go about it just Incase it happens to me? How do I report it?

2. Are screenshot sufficient evidence in proving this? How do I prove it just Incase 

3. How long will it take for me to get a response from admins?

*sidenote: i just finished making my dual sword and can say that there’s no bug!!!! Tested awooo, sry for the panic attack hehe.

NPC works fine

[Genesis]

1. Never have I heard of this happening.

2. More screenshots are better, take them ingame.

3. Don't know, depends how busy I am.
