Trying to install.

Hi everyone trying to play RO again and I want to try playing a private server. I’m downloaded the full file but I’m having trouble on opening the game. Is there a proper way to install the game? The file I downloaded is a compress file but every time I extract it and try running the gun it won’t let me. Tried everything follow all the troubleshooting and even turn off my anti virus but still won’t let me open/run the game. I tried downloading/installing a different private RO and it let me run/play. But every time I tried running forsakenRO it just keep prompting me that I’m messing .dll file

 

if anyone no how to fix this or other way to install the game please let me know.
