Game crash at 100% on loading screen (no error message)

Hello

 

i had in issue installing earlier that i managed to fix. 

I now unfortunately have another issue.

 i can load and log into the game fine. after my character selection, The loading screens appears and loads to 100 percent but then freezes... it does not close and no error message is displayed, it just stays frozen on my screen i cannot close it or do anything to interact with it. it also blocks everything on my desktop even if i return using task manager. the only way i can get back to my desktop is by logging off or restarting my laptop.

 

can anyone offer any help?

Please provide more details, screenshots and system specs. 

 

If you can't take a screenshot take a picture (one that can be seen as clearly as possible) and post it here.
