screen flashes and wont open

please help i have a problem with the screen! after gepard shield the forsaken screen should open but not!!it just flashes for 1 second then the screen closed

 

Please help i dunno what to do! 

 

i downloaded the all in one patch and the fro small patch again but still i got same issue.. the screen still flashed and automaticaly closed 

can anyone answer me please

 

i cant capture the screen flash because its fast
