As many of you know; we have been working hard on implementing a Safari Zone, it has been completed. As many of you know, we made a poll about either keeping the brown skin stylist or adding the new hairstyles. After seeing how close the race was we spent 5 hours coming up with a source code edit which would allow you to use both th e new hair styles and the black skin stylist ( The new hairstyles do not go with the Brown skin though). Day Aurora! As many of you know, we had added a night aurora some time ago, so we have decided to add one for the day as well. It will have the same effect/cost, the only difference is this one works during the day. ( We are still in beta with this item bugs might be found) Novice Zone! We have been getting quite a few new players due to the fact that we are currently holding #2 on GS 200 ( Thanks to our extremely supportive community. ) because of this; we have added a small novice leveling zone; when you log onto Forsaken Ragnarok Online for the first time you will have the option to be taken to our Novice Leveling zone full with Porings,Poporings,Rodafrogs and Marins. You will also be given starter items with your customized character names on them! FAQ 1.When is this being added? We are aiming for tonight, but it can also be tomorrow. 2. How do I get to the Safari Zone? You will see a warper which will take you to Pallet Town ( Yes the Pokemon one) while there; you will be able to see Ash,Gary,Mrs. Ketchum, Daisy and of course a hologram of both Professor oak and his laboratory ( You can even walk through the objects! awsomeness overload!) Professor Oak will request you bring someone a package after doing so he will give you authorization to go to the Safari Zone. 3. What are the requirements for the Safari Zone? 10 Event coupons ( Not Donation Coupons). 4. How do I catch Pokemon in the Safari Zone? You will be given a total of 120 Safari Balls ( 20 for each exclusive zone. You cannot use a Water Safari Ball to watch a monster in the Forest region for example!) 5. Any helpful hints on how to catch them? Weaken them; it took us an extremely long time but we hard coded a source code; if you weaken the monster or cast an effect on him, the catch raise will increase. 6. What is the catch rate? For MvP and Mini Bosses its a 2% catch rate ( not weakened and with no status abnormality) For all the other monsters it varies between 10% and 100%. 7. Is this PvP Enabled, If so why? Yes it is PvP Enabled. Why you ask? Apart from the obvious reason of having 40 people standing and throwing Safari Balls at a monster and one of them getting it ( boring huh?), when we did this we were going for a kind of Party thing, I mean you ae going to need friends in order to weaken, cast an abnormal effect and catch a monster that only has a catch rate of 2%! 8. Can I donate for the Safari Balls with monsters inside of them? No you cannot. 9. Do I need to update my Kro and Sakray? No you do not; we have included the sprites, for all these monsters in a patch. If you cannot use the patcher because of connection issues. We are releasing an Installer with the newest updates. ( Patching your Kro and Sakray is HIGHLY recommended though) 10. What is the spawn rate? MvPs spawn every 4 hours, all other mobs are instant respawn.
