Leo `D Posted March 4, 2012 Report Share Posted March 4, 2012 Npc Reset Every time there's a New Patch or Server Reset that is the only time I encounter and talk to the thieves. This is the only part I stop coz It was remain hidden and cant be talk so I will wait for reset to continually talk to them. Decode Posted March 5, 2012 Report Share Posted March 5, 2012 (edited) As far as it has been told to me, the thieves have a 1 out of 4 chance to be activated. I have talked to the thieves myself sometimes, even when the server has not been reset or added a new update. It is just all about luck!
