can"t open the game .can't load class data

i just downloaded and installed the game recently . i downloaded the full client version. when i to open the game , it crashed and say "unable to load class data" . i tried reinstall and download again but the same thing happened. please helped me i want to play it so much . here i attached the gepard crash log Gepard_Crash_Log.txt
