If understand it...so to have the sniper of the guardian I need to donate cape/scarf to get it?or else ill get non donate guardian ring?

Type @go 25(forsaken city) at the middle left side you can see the job changer. Most of the maps are PVP on but don't worry theres no penalty like drooping your items when you died/killed.

As title says 1) I tried doing the test ping and I got 150ms.Is that a good ping for PVP? 2)What does " one quest RAW" at the end of blessed ring quest? and also can I use vote infernal cape to get donate blessed ring? 3) How many is the minimum and maximum number of player per raid? Can you enlighten me about Lost dungeon?and also whats the difference between donate cursed sniper rune to non donate?I checked the donate sniper rune it doesn't have any increase damage to blitz beat but it has increase damage to traps and arrow shower.

Hi! Just played FRo for few days and got my legendary weapon with the increase damage for fas and etc. This morning while browsing the forum, I saw another bow in donation that increase the damage of blitz beat and traps. My question is can you get that latter bow that increase the blitz beat and traps at quest or its a exclusive item just donate? Thank you.
