    Bumping this with the same problem; when I try to turn in the 15 killed mermen to the NPC in the Underwater Dungeon (Byalan, I think?), she just keeps healing me and telling me that "mermen can be difficult". If this quest is broken or something, I'd like to know so that I can stop trying to complete it.
