    lagg because the server can't handle it... i played other server's too and skill's run smootly

    u nerf the wrong class.. now GS can't even kill geared players..u increase the dmg but can't even spam it. and if your telling us that the desperado causes the lag for the players/delay find other solution for it... it's not a solution to increase the delay of desperado.
