HELP ME PLS :)) ANY GUIDE?

my cousin is just a newbie here.. and don't know the difference between l,sniper bow and soaring bow.. he thought that the buyer needed is l.sniper bow..and they traded.. after the the buyer accuse my cousin for scamming.. is it a scam?? for my own opinion.. its not scamming.. its not cousin faults when the buyer is being stupid and reckless.. even if you just read the name you can know the difference, even on its looks there is a big difference..its not really his fault, he never did swap the items.. the buyer accuse my cousin that he swap items.. even if GM look for SB in my cousins account they could never see one, coz my cousin dont have one.. its just a big misunderstanding and being very stupid.. (sorry for my language, many people just accused us being scammer and made me angry) whats your opinion?
