Should I suggest implement stats and effects or can we just stick with the Effects as if now

Since I saw this in one of the other servers, I thought it would be very cool to have one in our server too. Since I do not know how to post pictures up here very well, heres the site of the effects of the horns http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?iname=gigantic+majestic&itype=-1&page=item_db&quick=1&isearch=Search I It's quite cool to wear and have the atk up and it isn't very imbalanced because the headgear is [0] slotted. So it would be very nice to considering adding it to the server :). Please do consider well. I can tell right after this is agreed the server is gonna be flooded with SG's you dont even need to preception anymore lmfao.
