i think adding any effect to SGW is unnecessary, what is the problem with SGW and Fluffy wings already? i think its all balanced out, adding an extra speed boost is not needed, and adding reductions and stats shouldn't even be discussed, making reductions on SGW 13 or even 15 is insanely increasing reduct classes reductions, +usa Shield + Devi Hat + Combat Knife makes that 93 or even 95%. in my opinion SGW and Fluffy wings are fine as they are, and before any suggestions are made on RAW perhaps they should be fixed.

I don't think using Ws card is noob, but dueling people with it is very lame, obviously its going to give you the upper hand against some one who is not FCPed, and certain people don't ave enough money for afford FCP every 10 minutes or less. in my opinion any champ that has to use WS card to win a duel is a noob, also sinxs that default ws card is just lame, like you dont do enough damage already? so you have to break peoples armors and weapons.

most of my chars have about 630 flee, with agi belts and fox cards in boots, without sacrificing much damage or survivability, i wouldnt reccomend more than 700 flee, it eats away at stats you need for vit.
